Protecting your personal data matters to us. This policy explains which data is processed on this website, for what purpose — and your rights. Controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): no limit e.V., Grabbeallee 19, 13156 Berlin, Germany Phone: +49 (0) 30 / 499 874 - 60 · E-mail: kontakt@nolimit.eu This is a courtesy translation — the German version prevails.
This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Geneva, Switzerland. All data of this website — including information submitted through forms — is stored on servers in Switzerland. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Switzerland; the level of data protection corresponds to that of the EU. When you visit the website, the server automatically processes technical access data (server log files: IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data serves solely the secure operation of the website and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable operation).
The public pages of this website set no cookies and use no analytics, tracking or advertising services. No visitor profiles are created and no data is passed to third parties for advertising purposes. That is why you see no cookie banner here — there is simply nothing you would need to consent to.
If you write to us via a form on this website, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, your message and, where applicable, further details such as a subject) exclusively to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or fulfilment of a request) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). The data remains in our website system on Swiss servers and is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to handle your enquiry — or at any time upon your request.
For newsletters and similar mailing lists we use the double-opt-in procedure: after signing up you receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. Only that click adds you to the list. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Every marketing e-mail we send contains an unsubscribe link. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future; your address is then removed from the list and blocked for future mailings.
If you register for an event or a training programme via the website, we process your name and e-mail address to organise and run the event, including a registration confirmation and organisational information by e-mail. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
For sending e-mails (confirmations, newsletters) we use [Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland / Resend Inc., USA — in the case of Resend on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses]. Your e-mail address and the content of the respective message are processed in the course of delivery.
Individual pages may embed videos from YouTube or Vimeo. We use the privacy-friendly variants: YouTube in extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and Vimeo with "Do Not Track" enabled. When you open a page with an embedded video, a connection to the servers of the respective provider is nevertheless established; your IP address may be transmitted. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an engaging presentation of our work).
You have the right at any time to information about your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You may revoke any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. Simply contact kontakt@nolimit.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; in Berlin: Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
